Answer: At the login page there is a section entitled "Forgot Password?" You can key in your email address and click on the "Submit" button. Then goto your email box to check new password.
Question: How much for minimum order?
Answer: Online Purchase聽is no Minimum Order.
Question: Do I need pay GST?
Answer: If your delivery address is within Australia or if you are purchasing from overseas and sending the item to someone within Australia, 10% GST Tax is included in聽your order. Oversea delivery address do not charge GST (Tax Free 10% off).
Question: How do I change my email address on my account?
Answer: You can login your account, to change email address.
Question: How do I make a warranty claim for items which are faulty or damaged?
Answer: We are always sorry to learn of any product problems, but are here to help. The first step is to determine if your product is damaged or faulty. Damaged items are items which have been clearly damaged in transit - broken parts and so on. We will replace any damaged items within 14 days of shipment at our cost. Please contact us with your order number, a description of the damage and attaching any digital photos if possible.
Delivery
Most items are dispatched within 2 working days of your payment being received. Once items are dispatched, regular Australia Post, Fastway or Direct Express delivery times apply - however, you will be able to trace your delivery online during the entire shipment.
The items are sent from Brisbane and we have included a map below to illustrate how many days in total it should take to receive your item once we have dispatched your item.
